A romantic coming-of-age story based on a classic novel (details withheld due to rights limitations). Set in rural England in the 1930s, a 17-year-old girl sets out to become a writer. Life provides unexpectedly rich fodder when a wealthy American family arrives in the village. Over the course of a magical spring and summer, romances blossom and fade and blossom again, wounds are healed, childhood ends, and a writer is born.
